This automated production system specializes in cleaning three-dimensional mixing tanks, mobile cylinders, transfer cylinders, and circulation cylinders. The fully automated process integrates electric-hydraulic controls, high-pressure water jets (20-500 kg/cm²), and multi-axis brush systems to achieve 360° residue removal. Operator supervision is required for process monitoring and auxiliary operations during automated cleaning cycles.

Automated Cleaning Workflow

1. Manual loading into position with open-end facing up (sensor activation)

2. 180° flipping transfer to transition conveyor via hydraulic flipper

3. DMF high-pressure cleaning cycle: Pump station pressurizes solvent (20-500 kg/cm²) → Rotating cleaner enters cylinder → Internal cleaning → Solvent returns to waste liquid collection system

4. Freshwater cleaning phase: Internal high-pressure rinse (35 MPa) + External 360° rotating spray cleaning

5. Drying process: Steam-heated airflow achieves 95% moisture removal rate

6. Intermediate positioning for process synchronization

7. Final 180° unloading flip via pneumatic clamping system

8. Manual consolidation of cleaned cylinders
