STD 5 explosion-proof high pressure cleaner
Suitable for locations with high explosion-proof requirements, such as chemical plants, petrochemical plants, pharmaceutical plants, and drilling platforms. This explosion-proof high-pressure cleaner utilizes explosion-proof motors and electrical components, with an explosion-proof rating of Exde II B T4. Operating at pressures ranging from 200 to 750 bar, it is suitable for cleaning the oxide layer and raw material layers on the inner walls of reactors; removing scale and oxides from pharmaceutical plant pipelines; and degreasing and decontaminating construction machinery on drilling platforms.
Safety Precautions
1. Before beginning cleaning operations, wear necessary protective clothing, goggles, gloves, and a mask as specified in the instruction manual.
2. Check that the equipment's electrical connectors are in proper working order to avoid electrical short circuits.
3. Check the high-pressure hose for damage or cracks to prevent leaks.
4. While using the equipment, avoid contact between your hands, feet, or any other part of your body with the high-pressure nozzle; do not point the water nozzle at yourself or others.
Before disconnecting the high-pressure hose, ensure that the pressure in the cleaning machine has been released. 6. Never leave the equipment unsupervised or running for extended periods.
7. The work area should be fully enclosed with guardrails installed outside. Non-operating personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the work area.
8. Because the work area is prone to water splashing and the surface is slippery, grease must be removed promptly.
9. A secure operating platform must be provided for overhead operations.
10. When the operating environment is confined and affects the operator's proper posture, special work plans and safety precautions must be developed.
11. At least two operators must be present during each operation.
12. Operators must thoroughly prepare for the operation and plan specific work procedures.
Operating Procedures
1. Before use, untwist any twisted or tangled high-pressure hoses and avoid any hard objects from pressing on the hoses.
2. Verify that the water source is functioning properly.
3. Fill the suction hose with 250ml of water and connect it to a bucket or tap (water source).
4. Plug in the power cord and start the machine. 5. Turn off the machine after water flows out of the outlet pipe.
6. Connect the outlet pipe to the water nozzle, start the machine, and aim the nozzle at the equipment to be cleaned. Adjust the water pressure by turning the black regulating valve left and right.
After use, turn off the machine, unplug the power cord, and retract the inlet and outlet pipes.
